Perfect visit/ work. Showed up on time, completed work as requested and provided many new/ useful suggestions to make my home theatre work perfectly. Fun to deal with and very competitive pricing. I would be happy to recommend Dan to all my friends and family.

Dan and Terry were prompt and diligent with respect to all aspects of the installations. They worked all day Thursday and Friday to complete all the work and Dan returned on Saturday to complete the programming of the universal remote and answer questions. Extremely thorough, most helpful and totally professional.

Dan and his team did a great job.  He is dedicated to making any system complete.  I am very happy with the manner in which he and his team handled themselves and also with the end product.  It looks and sound great!

My HDTV is custom installed above the fireplace. A simple desire to upgrade some wiring between the TV and the sound system became complex when we learned the wiring had been installed behind cabinets that were built after the wiring was installed. The company was creative in developing wiring solutions that did not require woodworking. They also added a custom remote control that integrated all of the components. Lots of labor was required. Their price was fair for the time and level of skill involved. I like to do projects like this myself, but this was one I could not have handled. I am very pleased with the result.

WOW!!!  Talk about customer service.  Dan and his team went over and above to ensure this very small job got fixed.  I realize this was a very small job for them, but they treated me and the work of utmost importance.  A rarity today and I appreciate the level of professionalism and knowledge.  We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and will DEFINITELY use them again.

Everything was installed to a professional, high quality look, feel, and function.  I could not ask for more!  When I decide to do or add more to my system, Dan will for sure, 100%, be my first, last, and only call.

Pure Sound and Vision upgraded my home theater. I had 10 year old technology that came with my house. Dan and his team replaced the electronics and TV and cleaned up a rat’s nest of wiring. Dan and team showed up when they said they would, did great work and were very personable. They dealt with a few issues that came up during the installation quickly and easily. I highly recommend them to anyone needing A/V work.

The team was very professional, they came over and installed the Sonos Soundbar to our tv, and got our in ceiling speakers throughout the house working again. They cleaned up all of the unlabeled wiring in our basement that the previous owners left in shambles and hooked up wireless sonos for each room, kept me updated the entire time, and their work was clean. They left the house clean and put in a hard day of work. They also got me on their schedule within 2 weeks from when we talked. Worth every penny.

We were given reasonable, cost effective options for solutions to our problem. They also did trouble shooting on a speaker issue and gave us options for repair. They were prompt, professional, prepared and they cleaned up after the work was done. I would definitely hire them again.

It went very well. Dan stayed well over the negotiated paid time to take time to program remotes and show us how to access the sound touch streaming service. He was also very knowledgeable. I would definitely hire them again.

The job went really well. Dan sent in an electrician, Rian, to do the pre-wire and electrical work. Rian and his partner were outstanding and had the work completed in a very short time. An hour or so after the electrical was done, Dan came in and worked his magic. We wanted a wireless system, and did not want any wires, cables or boxes showing. Dan is extremely knowledgeable and takes a lot of pride in the work he and his associates do. He is no nonsense, skilled and extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend him for any television installations. My husband and I would hire him again in a heartbeat.

Dan was able to determine that it was a bad cable and we got the system working again. Highly recommend. Dan made time in his schedule to come out quickly and troubleshoot a very complicated system.
